I suspected bad validation / coding of Import Pro, the only suggestion I received back was to turn off error reporting which is satisfactory!
Perhaps Opencart could have some form of certification for extension providers to prove the software is compatable?

Just upgrading to version 2.3.0.2 and get the following message
