I installed straight from opencart-3.0.3.9.zip/upload. The admin footer states OpenCart © 2009-2024 All Rights Reserved. Version 4.0.1.1 That doesnt seem right, opencart-3.0.3.9.zip should be dispalaying Version 3.0.3.8 which isnt right but thats a whole new story. https://github.com/opencart/openc...

}
change the xxxxx% to your desired size but this will be a whole site change not just the linked page.

you could wrap the text like this <p style="color: red;">' I have read and agree to the '</p> the "Terms & Conditions " text colour is controlled by CSS and will effect other colours of the theme. (this will be overwritten on any updates to your core system)
