This issue is for COD orders where I have the COD extension's order status setting set to "pending". Basically I've spent like 48 solid hours on this. I have pending set default but the system keeps choosing "canceled", because it is choosing in alphabetical order. Even if I remove all order statuse...

All new cash on delivery orders are a status of cancelled. No email to customer or the admin. As the customer, my order is successful, but when I go to order history it says "I have made no previous orders". As admin I set the search filter to "missing orders", and I see the order as "cancelled" If ...
