It was working fine until the upgrade, and the error suggests to me that the problem is within vqmod as nothing else is mentioned. I went to /vqmod/install but it says it's already installed. i can assume from your reply that this problem is specific to my site.

Aside from payment and shipping there are other things which are shared between stores such as user accounts and the shopping cart. Most of them have workarounds but from what I have gleaned it is not possible to have a separate mail account for the second domain and that's quite a biggie as it will...

It's called 'Import/Export' and the spreadsheet gives you all the database tables from which you may be able to construct your SQL query. i can understand opencart being easy for you to implement given your previous experience, but from having my own experience of both online stores and online music distribution there are probably more suitable options such as wordpress with a shopping cart plugin and another for previewing the audio ...

Maybe I should be more specific here: Using the debit card payment extension for my merchant provider it returns to store A after a transaction from store B. If I select cash on collection it returns to store B like it should. I therefore can deduce that it's likely to require a mod of the Total Web...

Yeh not only can they log into the other store, the cart is shared so you can checkout products from both - i discovered this by accident. That could actually be rather useful. What isn't so useful is that when you complete payment in store B, you are directed back to store A for transaction status....

Give it a try. I'm on v.1.5.1 and have been using it without issue for a while. Probably a case of the extension info not being updated. I'd be very surprised if such a minor update broke an extension like that.

Bandcamp? There are a multitude of free services for individual artists to sell their work. It's really not worth building and configuring a whole opencart for just a few tracks. I assumed that you would be making a site selling a lot of different tracks by different artists hence the 'getting messy...
