Discount Codes not working
Hi I have set up a Discount code but when it is redeemed a message comes up saying " Success: Your coupon discount has been applied!" However, the discount is not shown as part of the total and when you complete the purchase its not applied. I tested with a Voucher and that works ok. Does ...

Looked a little deeper. I have attached a screenshot and found some no Case insensitive. I'm wondering what specific line would be related to the Opencart search functionality.

Doh, its the first page when you log in. It is currently set as utf8mb4_unicode_ci
I changed it to what you suggest but it is still the same.

I have a multi store setup both using different themes and it is the same for both themes which is making me believe that it isn't the theme.
Where do I look in PHPmyadmin to check the Collation? Sorry, I can manuvure around phpmyadmin but not knowledgeable enough to know where that is.

I am trying to save n SEO keeword for a category and I am getting the following error.
Error: Keyword pattern is not set for Category in English.
Does anyone know what the error is?

This was solved by moving the domain to the server the website is on rather than a redirect from a different hosting company.
