Humm taxes are not being charged either... I have gone in through each tax rate and assigned the default customer group, but still nothing.

The fixes are not working for me. Always brings up paypal screen with $0.00 from different computers and what not as well. I have re-uploaded all the core paypal files and still nothing.

No ideas?
This only is happening for adding new products or updating them. No other part of the admin. I've uploaded the original files and still nothing (even tho I have not changed any admin files) other then config to the appropriate settings.
