Hi,
No, there's no theme, as far as I know it's a standard part of OpenCart ( no extension ) same comes up if you go to Cart and ask for a shipping quote.

OC 3.0.2.0 - Email Report Results
Hi,
Just wondered if anyone knows of a way / module that would allow reports to be run and the results emailed to a user.
Would ideally prefer to use SQL remotely to get the same data, but just can't access it via MySQl Workbench.

Formula Based Shipping is AWESOME!! I use it for our different couriers to determine rates based on delivery address postcode...GREAT extension!!

I'll have to go and have a think, don't want to put too much effort into it the minute, added the extra fields we needed and coloured the fields we wanted. May just look at adding an extra filter, instead of using the colours

Thanks for the help, even if I set SagePay to 10000, it's still showing with Free Checkout!! Sounds like an extension or something is messing things up quite a bit, perhaps it's time to pay a developer from the Commercial Support Forum . The sagepay_server_iframe module I'm using didn't have the correct values in the controller module, added PAYMENT_ in front of each of the variables and HEY PRESTO!!!
