I did and i appreciate it. That wasn't the problem but it did help me to go back and relook at what happened. It duplicated the admin folder twice, so it was nested too far below. Thanks all for the input and help!

Thanks for the response and i had an issue upgrading and restored and this is what i have. What do i need to check in the index file? Or Is there a way to just put a default index file? I am not sure where to go from here or where to look.

When i go to my website admin url it just shows the same thing on my homepage?
http://www.mywebsite/and http://www.mywebsite/admin/ look the same. Thoughts?

Extension Installer Icon Error
Clicking on the Extension Installer icon i get this:

Order History Error
When trying to add a comment to the Order > History > Comments section, i get this error and it doesn't add to the history. There is no errors under system log and i am using the stock template. Thoughts?

I think the reason it isn't upgrading is because it is in simulation mode.

Ok, question. Do i uncheck - Simulate Converting (simulating operations only)? If i try to uncheck the simulate box it doesn't do anything, just goes to a blank white screen and sits there. I ran the migration tool on the original 1.5.6 store. I have the new 2.0.1 store pointing to the old 1.5.6 database.
