Ah, interesting indeed. The OC instance that was sending the correctly-formatted emails indeed ran upon PHP 7.3, whilst the faulty instance ran upon PHP 7.4. letxobnav, thanks very much for replying. I made your suggested changes, unfortunately they didn't work here. Insofar as I understand the OC source and sendmail, there isn't any reason that simple edit shouldn't have worked. Inside php.ini, I set the sendmail_from variable to be our "from" address. ...
