Hello Mona, again thank you for your knowledge. Yes I think you are right , I have looked at the previous files on the server and it seems I have old Wordpress files from our old shop that seems to be there and are conflicting. I think I need to do a spring clean !! Thank you again for all your help...

Thanks again. IT is Opencart 3.0.3.7 my apologies, I am just using Opencart for the shop. 7.4 PHP on the server and The host has said that the Mysql is working.

As you have gathered I didn't get much help from PayPal and have got round the issue by not using Paypal Express and just using PayPal Standard in the Payment section. I know it sounds obvious but if it helps someone all well and good. Thanks for the help. Cheers

Thanks for your help, I have solved it now by clearing the cache in the Dashboard developers tab. All the pages appeared.

Thanks for the quick reply to my post. Yes I do agree they (PayPal)were quick to blame OpenCart and seemed strange to me that it was in a PayPal window as you pointed out! I will check for Errors on hopefully new sales, I will use Crome and their Developer part and that should show what errors there...

[SOLVED] No Customer or Sales information in the Action tab
Hello I am running OC 3.0.3.7 with the default theme. I have been looking for details of Sales, Customers , Missing Orders etc,. It shows Customers names but no details of sales , products, payments etc,. in the Action tab and the same for Missing orders just the name but no details. Just blank page...
