I have found 'HTML_to_product_attribute_v1.7' but I cannot get it to work with V2. I do not know enough about OpenCart to even attempt to work with the code

Do you have access to phpmyadmin? If you do to into it, select your database, and then sql. Paste in that sql line and hit 'go'. You are not using any of the Opencart 1.5.1.x to 1.5.6.x databases, with the corresponding OpenCart versions, because for all these versions there is a 'product_option.option_value'. When I import the categories file it uploads ok and the changes can be seen. However, when I catalog/categories page there is nothing displayed on the page.
