Paypal Pro All zones active but....!!

Block Ip buttons don't show at the control panel
Hello,
Version V2.0.1.1.
Problem I cannot block Dangerous IP addresses from the control panel.
I distinctly remember seeing green "block ip" buttons when a cıstomer was seen at the control panel. Now there is only a blue button and it is disbaled.
Anyone had that problem?

Invalid file type error v2.0.1.1
Hello,
When I try to upload a file to create a downloadable product I get an invalid filetype error.
This seems to be continuing problem with opencart. I tried to follow the solution for other versions but to no avail.
Can anyone help out there?
