Yes, this should work with all OC v3.x releases with the possible exception of the URL locations since the Github Master Branch version of Opencart namespace uses the language with their queries while the OC v3.x releases do not. Incomplete OC version. Error message caused by an installed extension. Remove the extension and see if the error message persists or create a new incident request on the site support link from the Marketplace page where you originally downloaded this extension to resolved this issue. Not a bug.

Download all files that contains 'pp_express' from my Github namespace: https://github.com/straightlight/opencart_contributions . This should resolved the problem.

Closure of the case. Within a few weeks of opening the case this was resolved with the assistance of Qphoria (the plugins developer) the issue had been that htaccess was redirecting the store requests incorrectly. While this did not adversely impact the cart functionality in other ways the requests...

Truncate your oc_session table from PHPMyAdmin and run the provided query into your SQL tab in the console. This should resolved the issue.
