Re: New EU legislation for webshops

Beside this: this 'new' law is not stupid! Based on i2paq original mention, it sounded outrageous! Adding a compulsory return form on the checkout page? Glad to read that it has now been understood not to be this. This returns process is indeed good though - I believe that we have had this in the U...

Re: Paypal (Advanced Fraud Management Filters)

It depends on what module you use but it is very unlikely unless the module description says it integrates with the filters.

Re: template theme not working properly

It looks like it is related to your SEO urls being enabled - the style sheet link should be excluded from the rewite condition in your htaccess file. http://www.kizwizgifts.co.uk/Football-Souvenirs/catalog/view/theme/jarilo/stylesheet/stylesheet.css Open the htaccess file and check you have the line...

Re: Recent DDOS attacks

Just noticed a bug - Tried to send a PM on the forums to another user, and it went to the cloudcache browser check before sending. When the browser check was complete, it actually just went back to the pm page with the original quote and all of my reply got lost. Probably not much that can be done ...

Re: Recent DDOS attacks

Great. The attack is ongoing so panic mode has been left enabled for now - it seems that there is some loss in usability like this across the site. If anyone spots something that isn't working I'll do my best to patch it asap. But even if there is some things that won't work - it's better than a slo...

@mikeltn - try again, I have added a custom rule for this section. It seems that the post action with the javascript was triggering some rules in CF.

Recent DDOS attacks

Over the last few weeks we have been receiving multiple DDOS attacks on the http://www.opencart.com website. It has been causing the extensions page and other sections of the site to run painfully slow - we apologise for this! We've now taken steps to try and mitigate these attacks as they occur by ...

Thanks i2Paq... Welcome Stefan (apologies I didnt get back to you on Skype I have been a little busy!) - as a back storey we managed to get in touch eventually and was invited over to help with our new testing systems for OC. Ahhh, ok that is less worrying. Still I lose track of the number of a "certain countrys" websites that post mods in the forums.

Re: Unit testing, Jenkins, code sniffing, github etc

Where did they get published mate? - I am guessing the actual module pages? I'm not trying to cover up / hide / be sneaky about anything but financials, sales volumes and sensitive info should always be on a need to know. I don't see the point in having the volume of sales for a module on the page ...

Re: Unit testing, Jenkins, code sniffing, github etc

WTF guy, how many quotes lol So is 1.5.6 officially the last in the 1.5.x line? That's not official, but I am supporting it for bugs as long as possible, features will be little if none at all now. 2.0 is way to close to be releasing more older versions (unless we find other reasons to do so :) ). P...

Re: Unit testing, Jenkins, code sniffing, github etc

Haha, that was just just a tease! Although I'm seeing Daniel in a few weeks, i'll get him drunk and try to get a few Amazon voucher values haha..If there was such a system/tool it would be a great community addition. TBH i was trying to ignore 1.5.6.x - it is almost end of life with 2.0 soon so my e...
