How to change the URL of my store logo...[somewhat resolved]

I wish to link my catalog (3.0.3.6) to my business website via my business logo on the upper left of the screen. Currently it just takes people back to the OC shopping cart index page for my site. Web site is https://flippers.com , catalog site is https://flippers.com/catalog_oc I would like the log...

Re: The extensions that use the admin folder no longer working after renaming the admin folder

Have you tried to upload the original extension without renaming the admin folder path in the extension ? To be clear I do not mean have you installed the extension on clean 3.0.3.8 pre renaming - I mean as above - leave the xml alone and install. Many thanks Mona, it's working now without changing...

Re: Corrupt Product Names in Search results = 404 result

the urls are constructed by means of the SEO keywords, not the product name as such. Did you try to change the SEO keyword for those products, replacing the spaces with (underscore) _ or (hyphen) - ? SEO urls should not have any spaces or special characters (nor capitals really) On that point - you...

Re: Corrupt Product Names in Search results = 404 result

How do you uploaded the products? Did you use the admin panel to add products individually? Or did you use any third-party tools to import the product data? This suggestion may be closer to the answer. I now recall uploading the products that give this problem a few months ago using Export/Import 3...

Re: Corrupt Product Names in Search results = 404 result

Check your rewrite rules in your htaccess. It looks like any URL with a %20 space in is not rewriting correctly. I have many other products with spaces in the Product Name that do not exhibit this problem. I don't think it is the .htaccess, but thanks for the suggestion as I took another look at it...

[SOLVED..] Corrupt Product Names in Search results = 404 result

OC 3.0.3.6, php 7.3.33, running normally otherwise. I think I've corrupted some of my category sub-headings somehow - probably by uploading new products with some bad data - but what I am getting is if I list a category in Semiconductors - 6000 most of the products, while they show in the category l...

Re: Can OC 3.0.3.6 support interfacing with other databases?

If secondary databases are enlisted in the same environment, you could simply use the PDO library that is also available from the core. However, an extension does need to be developed for this since you are looking to gather specific listings.
How busy are you these days?

Can OC 3.0.3.6 support interfacing with other databases?

I've hunted the extensions and didn't see anything like what I wanted there. Probably missed something I'm sure! What I am trying to do is to list a group of parts that have certain specifications. The specifications could easily be listed in a DB or possibly a spreadsheet, but what I would like to ...

The OP (opensource) hasn't responded since Sep 28, 2022. Hence we can assume that he's by now resolved this issue. For others, I suggest to open a new forum thread when facing similar issues with an inflated oc_session DB table. [ SOLVED] Just to close my problems with excessive oc_sessions in the ...

Re: Clearing /catalog/image/cache - what can possibly go wrong?

As above the cache would be recreated and you would end up with 2GB again so it would be an exercise in futility. Thanks for the reply, further to the structure of the image cache, I imagine all the numbers I see are the product numbers - is that correct? So they are grouped by thousands )1-1000, 1...

It is not in marketplace - and you are welcome

It is supposed to be before status.
Attached is before Model - it is highly unlikely to work without modification with your column sort if that is what you are asking.
Thanks! More to learn in OC!
