if You have customized theme only, then You could see the different of opencart default theme version 1.4.7 with 1.4.9.3 by comparing them.

just renew your coupon date availability (date start-date end) and usage limit (uses per coupon/customer) from admin page -->Sale-->Coupons-->Edit
