Google continuously scan the internet and via Webmaster Tools you will be able to re-scan your website, don't block the Google otherwise you will get negative effect.

check the currency exchange rate, as it seems to me it has been set 1:1 ratio and no one has the same issue except you. Bug in your settings/setup!

can be IP of hosting provider is blacklisted by Google and Hotmail. The Hotmail has policy where host providers should register their IP range to allow the email delivery to their service.

i do believe that two prices should be displayed for specific country as at the end of the day customers do pay VAT, except business customers in EU.

for SEO is no difference what certificate do you use, the https protocol is the same, but the difference between comercial certificates that its come with warranty/reasurance which you will not be able to claim

the cPanel control panel support the LetsEncrypt and cPanel own version of SSL, the whole process is automated, simply need to enable user account and at 4AM every day the system renew / generate new SSL certificates.

majority of shared hosts support the "Let's Encrypt" this way the users can benefit from free SSL certificates and use it without any issues of installation of SSL, as process is automated.

Have you installed the SSL certificate? As in order to use secure protocol such https you are required to have the SSL certificate and enabled the https on your hosting account.

do you store the opencart on shared hosting or VPS, I do believe that firewall protection should be installed on any hosting and some .htaccess code is available to prevent any hacks of opencart or oscommerce (i know it's different software). Under any circumstance you not supposed to store customer...
