I would like to be able to create multiple options for stock checkout, example: when the stock reaches 0 there are 3 options: - out of stock - 3-5 working days (there could be more of these with different leadtimes) - pre-order I would like to be able to set whether or not checkout is possible for e...

Cookies used by OpenCart
Dutch law states that we have to inform visitors to our website if cookies are used and if so, whatfor.
Is there a document for this for opencart or can this be explained quickly?
I know about a cookie for the cart, but are there others? Also what type of cookie and how long is it saved for?

I am looking to change the checkout from a single-page checkout, back to a multiple page checkout.
Before I put in all the work, has anyone done this already?

actually I am running mainly 1.4.9 shops, I have recently installed my first 1.5.x shop but haven't tested this yet. So I don't think I can really help you with this.

keep in mind that if you go to the shop and manually change the language, the cookie will overwrite any other setting by the browser or the website. To really test this, delete the cookies in the browser and try again.

that gives you a good login, but still not 1 system to work from, that maybe combines with a link to eachothers backend in the headers would be step 1.
But I personally still prefer 1 system to have all functions, so perhaps a WP menu in the OC backend.
