I want to Apply to become a seller but I don't know what is "Seller API" section. can anybody help me about that?

think the url to your store by api, not sure but would sound logical to me

Seller API section is optional. You can enter a URL on your own website to receive data for each sale on OpenCart.com
You will obviously need to create a script to deal with that data and do with it what you may, such as store it in a database, etc.
