Disabling special prices after manually or automatically update of feed

Hello,

If someone can help us with the following situation.

We have imported some products within site through an XML importer and we have 2 active xml feeds set. From time to time we set some special promo prices from special price tab within product page.

The point is that after each update of data feeds (either manually or automatically ), the special prices are being reset and does not make any sense.
We should set again all special prices from each product page and so on.

Does anyone has encountered the same situation? The point is that without data feeds we cannot deal with almost 2000 products and without special promo prices also cannot work. We cannot figure it out either there is a problem from oc or maybe from our theme - Fastor.

We are using 3.0.3.1 version of oc.

Well, your XML Importer and your XML Feeds just have to be reworked
a little, possibly among a few other places, to add/replace that 'special
promo price variable' in question to the product in charge, just like it
does it with other 'variables' too.
Get a Professional, able to do this for you, if you cannot do it yourself.

Well you have not helped yourself. Many issues with your postings...
You have this and another topic going about the same thing: viewtopic.php?f=202&t=213204
You tell us you are using a theme that is a paid for theme that we can't look at.
You do not provide any information about what xml importer you are talking about.
To that end...
Is this something you made? If so then fix it or ask for commercial support
Is it something you purchased? Ask them to fix it or explain how it is supposed to work.
Is this something you found online? Point us to it so we can take a look.

We can't help because you didn't help yourself by giving enough info.
