during checkout - selected shipping methods first, then , fill in "delivery address" or select "pickup location" accordingly

e.g
if shipping methods selected "Delivery by UPS" >>>>next step is "fill in delivery address"
if shipping methods selected "pickup at convenience store - 7-Eleven" >>> next step >> show a pull down list , and buyer select one specifc location of a " 7-Eleven store" which pre-defined by seller.
iif shipping methods selected "pickup at convenience store - Circle K" >>> next step >> show a pull down list , and buyer select one specifc location of a " Circle K store" which pre-defined by seller.

OpenCart requires a shipping address to load the shipping methods, so you're going to need someone to completely rewrite the shipping system in order to do this.
