Price matrix based on Quantity breaks etc

HELP!

I want to do pricing of our printed products based on three factors:

1. Single or double sided
2. Quantity (100,250,500,1000,2500,5000,10000)
3. Paper weight (150gsm or 300gsm)

Ideally I need to put a price in manually for each combination or failing that a price calculation formula.
