Charity module not displaying in user area

I'm trying to integrate the charity module into 1.4.9.2 with the Only Generate Single Temp Order Id modification found here: http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php ... 92&start=0

Now it seems I cant SEE the charity module in the customer view anywhere. I did make all the modifications listed in the instructions (although I'd like taxing after the donation). Any help is much appreciated.

and you enabled it in the order totals area?
