How to add Header (Brand Logo, name) in ORDER-UPDATE mail

Hello,
How can we add Header - Brand Logo, name & Footer in order update mail?
While updating customer from admin-> orders->Orders History regrading purchase & updates ??
Open Cart is sending a simple text format to customers. I would like to add some Header (Logo, Brand name) Footer etc.
Is that possible to do? How can I do that?
Can Anybody help me on this PLEASE?
