I have just two sizes of prints large and small large is £55 and the small is £35 under each individual product.
On the store page It looks complicated in brackets with the + & - I just want the price showing plain and simple at the side of the radio button choice without these symbols.
Do I have to set this up in the options module somehow for them not to show?
Or can I of somewhere in the backend to change the php.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

It's not accessible in the admin area, but it's in the product_option_value table in the price_prefix field. Maybe you can try and remove one prefix and see if this works. You'll probably need phpmyadmin or similar to access your database.

It would be better to prevent the plus sign to be added to the database though. This is just a Q&D solution.
