opencart 1.5.1.3

I'm using opencart, and here in the Netherlands it's common that companies don't pay any tax.
Because I'm making a webshop for enterpreneurs, I want to show the price excluding tax.

In the settings "store settings" -> "options" -> "Show prices including Tax" I put it on "yes"

I tweaked a little in the code and this is the result

It's showing almost oke, except for the cart on top . You should pay €175 exclusive

I searched a lot on google and this forum but couldn't find anything.
Can anybody help me where to change it for the "cart on top"?

Thx in advanced!

I'm from the Netherlands as well. And I would love this also. I would be great to be able to show both EX and INCL Tax totals in the header.
I have tried to digg in to this but is looks like there is no variable for excl. Tax Total.. so thats a problem.

Maybe someone can explain a way to make a formula like : Total incl. TAX - Tax classes = Total excl. TAX
