Options Plus Redux - how to add text to existing fields?

Hi,
I couldn't quite decide which Extension forum this should come under...

Anyways. I was wondering if anyone could advise how I can slightly customise the Options Plus Redux extension (for 1.4.9.4).
My client would like to add some text after the drop down weight and remove the "+price" bit.

So, from this:



to this:

Weight:
Please Choose...
100g price
250g price
500g price

where I'm able to add in the word "price" after the weight variable.

Or alternatively just:
remove the prefix and price completely (without adding any text)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Out of interest, did anyone get it working to show the total price of the product (i.e. initial price + extra weight price) instead of just showing "+price"? (For v. 1.4.9.4)
I looked at the other threads couldn't quite work it out from them.

Options Plus Redux already offers the "=" option prefix that will do it.

Of course, haven't been into it for a while.....
