pdf invoice problem

its about this extension http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... r_id=51580
it worked ok for a while but lately it only generating an invoice ever 5 orders, this is ofcourse unacceptable because with no invoice some customers cant pay.

ive tried getting help by asking in the comments but the seller hasent resopnded with anything at all, is there anyone that could help me with this problem?

It looks as thought they removed the extension. Perhaps they are fixing it!
