How can I chose language for my site

My opencart 1.5.4.1 website have two languages. But in settings page, I just have only one set of fields for store's name, store owner'name,... for all languages. So, how do I set those fields to be different for each language? Thanks all

Those Values are stored in the Database, and cannot be changed by some 'default' function by OC Default.
The only and probably better Alternative would be, to create a Multi-Store Setup. then, you should be able,
to set such Values individually per Store, I assume at least.
