Internal Server Error can't access admin panel

500 Internal Server Error can't access

admin panel (version 2.2.0.0) can't access after i've install extension plugin.. can anyone help?

And which extension?

1. OpenCart Version = 2.2.0.0
2. Additional installed extensions
3. Content of error log (internal OpenCart)
4. Content of error log (Server)
5. Which type of server (*nix or IIS)
6. Which php-version

Just for a beginning ..

The error occured in admin area(front end is okay) after i install/upload are additional plugin, & after that i delete the plugin that i already upload but still the same error internal server. i dont know what is the php version type...
