Do your products have multiple colors, patterns?

Here's the extension can help: Product List Images which adds the feature to display products' image options in product listing pages
Features:
This extension enhances your OpenCart store with the ability to:
- List product's image options in listing page letting your customers know if the products have the color or pattern they want without having to check each product
- Can be enable on Category, Manufacturer, Search pages separately
plus Featured, Special, Latest and Bestseller modules
- Max number of images to display is configurable to avoid flooding the page with images
