[VQMOD] Price Band Manager

This mod allows you to create a series of price bands and assign them to products.

Very useful if you have a lot of similar products all at the same price, as you can simply amend the price band and the price of all product assigned to that band will change.

Supports quantity discounts.
When adding or amending products with quantity discounts, you can assign a price band or edit the price band instead of entering the discounts manually.
