Insure URLs for images causing SSL padlock issues

Hi,

seems like this is a pervasive issue but I havent found a solution yet on the forum that works for me. I had the website displaying fine when using http://. Now that I enabled SSL, some images and icons dont load or load improperly. Checking at www.whynopadlock.com, I get the following issues. I have since deleted all images outsides of Image Manager but the issue still persists. I am using Journal 3 theme. Any help will be much appreciated, thanks!

set all your servers to https in both your config files.
Also suggest to set your images to relative paths, saves html and no http/https issues there.

step 3 and step 4, you will need ftp or access to your files via another route.

Tried both the solutions - changing the config files to http:// and https://. Still get the same errors message with the image URLs. What else do I need to change?
