Total amount of order is zero

We have the following problem:

Three orders have been placed in the store (last year), which have been completed with payment by paypal, in the admin environment of Opencart the total amount of the order seems to be zero

From the management environment of the paypal it seems that the amount paid corresponded to the product.

Also in the review of the order, the product of the order is not visible (the table with products of order is empty).

Other orders via paypal have no problem.

We use Opencart 3 + Journal Theme
