I am working on a new upgraded version of my site. When I run a test credit card transaction, I get the error. When I run the same test transaction on my current site-it goes through fine. Both sites ares utilizing the same settings for Authorize.net (AIM)
Current site is here (OC 2.3.0.2):
https://sunnybunnyeastereggs.com
Test site (OC 3.0.3.5):
https://test.sunnybunnyeastereggs.com
Any ideas?

Thank you, Mike

Well, you're using a JOURNAL Theme Extension, and it's widely known,
that Journal equipped OC's are quite different from default OC's, so
better ask such questions either in the Journal Support Site, or
then in the commercial OC Forum Section, since you're using a paid
Theme Extension, and the 'open' Sections here do not cover paid Mods.

ok, wasn't sure where to post it-seemed like a core OC issue to me, so I thought I would try here first. I will also ask the theme author.

Thanks anyway.

probably an improper formatted amount.
you could check decimal places in currency or just check what is send to AIM by adding:

Code: Select all

$this->log->write('AIM Sending: '.print_r($data,true));
before:

Code: Select all

$curl = curl_init($url);
in catalog/controller/extension/payment/authorizenet_aim.php
then check your log.

Checked the decimal setting-it's correct, set at 2. I made the change to the file you requested...where can I access the log? Sorry, I know it sounds dumb!

you will know it when you see it as it prints the entire data record being send.
Look at the field "amount".

I get the same error when using the default theme-so it is not theme related.

When I look at the error log "[x_amount] => 0" is that the problem since the product I tested at that time was 0.01? If so, how do I fix this? I have the decimal set at 2 in the USD currency section.

I have also tested another product at $35.00 and got the same error. and "[x_amount] => 0" is the same in the error log.

I also noticed that the cart totals in the upper right always show $0.00 no matter what I have in the cart....do you think this is related to my checkout error?
