Does anyone know the solution on setting "guest checkout" as default radio button on checkout page.
I tried some solutions of previous versions but they dont work.

That would require a change to the checkout/login.twig template, and the checkout/login.php controller, at least on a standard OpenCart.
You are using the Journal3 framework, which is not a standard compliant theme extension, especially not when using its onepage checkout.
