Hello
Is it possible to change levels of spends for customer group?
For example if a private buy 500 euro can be gold member
And if a wholesaler (business customer group) buy 500 euro to be a just bronze member ?

Sorry it cannot do what you described. If you need something like this done I can customize it for you but it's not default functionality
