As it seems, many scriptkiddies are looking for a file like adminer.3.3.2.php (and many other numbers after adminer-).

adminer-* is nothing else than a simple replacement for the phpMyAdmin, see: https://www.adminer.org/en/
The number after "adminer-" is the version number.

What those scriptkiddies are trying to find that tool to get access to the database.

No worry about IF YOU HAVE THIS TOOL NOT USED!

Note: adminer can be used a simple replacement for any databasetool (e.g. like phpMyAdmin).
But (!!) it should not be stored any longer when not used anymore.

Better to rename this tool to something else (while also valid here: delete after usage).
And (!!) if you hire a developer and they ask for database access: give that only to trusted developers!
Additionally, after each access by a developer: scan your webspace for the adminer files: I have seen some hacked websites those sophisticated developers used that tool and did not delete it after.
