Maybe you can help me with this issue. I've just purchased a dedicated server from https://b3hosting.ro and I'm having some trouble setting it up.
I installed NGINX and it says Mbstrings is missing...I contact my hosting provider and they said it's installed, but I can't get pass that problem. Should I rather install Apache ?
Any recommendations would be really useful.

Mbstrings is not a nginx thing, its a php plugin.
So check your php configuration if Mbstrings is installed correctly and active.
