Opencart 2.0.2.0 New install VS Upgrade from 1.5.3.1

I had a hard time trying to upgrade from 1.5.3.1 to 2.0.2.0 because my PHP was too old and I had to update to a 5.5 PHP.
I have a new install of 2.0.2.0 running on a new PHP. My question - is there a way of migrating my products from my old site to my new one?

t. I am using a new clean install of 2.02.20 I looket in the modules and did not see it. If I find it where do I look to use it

If you're using the v2.x version you install it through the extension installer. If you're using the 1.5x version it's usually caused by uploading to the wrong location.

V 2 and it was installed through the extension installer as per instructions

Upgrade database:
