Upgraded from 1.5x to the latest 2.3.0.2.
All files and data appears to have imported successfully.
Received some authorization errors, and fixed those through "Select All" allowances in User Groups.
Fully expected to have to restore/redo some customization which had been made, but...
images are not loading.
A few of the images which were embedded on pages are there, but any that need to be "fetched" do not appear and furthermore, I receive the warning message above.
I can see all of the image files in the 'image/catalog' folder.
I tried recoding all image related entries in the config.php file to this folder, but that didn't do it either.
Is there another change somewhere I need to make?

I receive the "Warning: directory does not exist!" message.
Any help or suggestion would be appreciated.
Site is "livingled.com." FYI, in case it matters, OC is installed at livingled.com/store. Earlier OC version was there all along as well.
And I did add the "/store/" code to the new .htaccess file, but haven't changed that file in any other way.

Wondering if anybody has any other thoughts on what this could be?
If the OC Gurus can't figure it out, then I certainly can't, and unfortunately cannot have a site without catalog photos or banners.
Is there a tweak to a different file or something in the database that could be amended?
Any help would be appreciated or time to hire someone for a complete makeover!

I had customized the lower links to 5 information pages only in the footer a couple of years ago. You can see those pages in the site map link now, though they don't load on the site yet.
The information.php error, I believe is an effect of that.
I haven't got around to revising that content in the footer, since I have been trying to figure out the image warning.

OK, so I have read through the thread at the linked post and performed all actions one-by-one recommended (mostly backing up and then deleting some folders):

Didn't seem to affect anything.
The only other info I can think of to share is that I was utilizing NivoSlider and I remember having to add it as an extension originally, though now it is included. Not sure if that would cause conflict?
Also, Error Log download now returns:
"Warning: Your error log file error.txt is 0B!"
