OC version. Addressed issue is due to misconfigured path or missing files.

version 3.0.37 it was installed from the freebsd port...

Because maintainers didn't created react vendor on github...

Yes, of course. That is because the current maintainer who does handle support for Maintenance via OC v3.0.3.7 has been congratulated for it.
