[SOLVED] Where is top links file to edit ?

Hi
Version 2.3.0.2 Default template.
I want to edit the links in the very top links bar - The one with Tel No. My Account, Wish List, Car, Checkout.
What and where is the file I need to edit please ?
I want to add Contact link.

That's beyond my limited knowledge to edit ??? :-(
I only wanted to add Contact link.
