Best OpenCart 2 Theme With Floating Bar Header

I'm looking for a Theme recommendation that meets the following:
1. Floating Header
2. Single Bar = Categories, Search, Cart , Account Login/Register - allin one line similar to this one

With a bit of Bootstrap and coding knowledge you should be able to achieve that using the OC default theme.

This extension will make sticky and fixed header while scrolling. Can we add the links bar area to this? It's good, but it should scroll a bit smoother on first scroll. part of modifications will be required according to theme structure. If you are using 3.0.2.0 version then clear cache from admin panel.
