Some specific extensions needed for OC 2.0

Hi!

I have been using OC for couple of years now and on OC 1.5 there where several necessary extensions that where needed to get OC to really work as it should work.

So allthouogh OC is great platform it is not as good as it could be.
I would like to ask you all which kind of extensions (and which one) do you think is mandatory to get OC 2 work like a dream?

For quick thinking I believe I still am going to need these one (or are some of these allready installed on default oc2?):

- Extra field for purchase price on admin product sheet
- Better SEO

• URL handling (for manufacturers, info pages, etc)
  Better page -title

- Google Analytics with webshop tracking and other analytics features
- EU Cookie law notification ( I know this probably is not needed on the rest of the world)
- One page and one step checkout
- Page cache handling
- Export / Import products system
+ plus few payment and delivery extensions that are used on Finland

Are there some other good to have / mandatory things that should be done to get Opencart 2 site work ”correctly” and so that it will be optimized to best possible SEO?

Or does someone offer OpenCart (as Mijoshop) with all the needed features allready added?

You should avoid Mijoshop or those software that puts your OpenCart into a Joomla. That's not pretty, and that's going to be bad. You will get so much lesser support.

You are totally right about this, I did use Aceshop for some time as my first webshop was built with Joomla.

was that if someone is offering paid service (like Mijoshop or Aceshop) with pure OC installations with addition features (listed on my first post) I would like to check them out.

There isn't any of such built. However, I think there's some themes on themeforest that comes with those features.

+ Mod for better handling hundreds categories/products.

Ideally, one extension that combines Catalog->Categories & Catalog->Products functionality, but with fast searching, filtering, sorting, ajax pagination, product/category rearrangements...

Here is one from me. A so needed solution when you build multilingual interface.
The problem:
When you have 2 or more languages in your OpenCart you have to fill in all product info in all languages even when you disable the language.
Some times you just need 1 language for the front and 1 for the admin (English in most cases is preferable for admin since it makes things sounding the way they should like dropdwon, selectbox etc.)

The solution:
With this mod, if you disable the languages you don't need, you won't see additional input fields for those languages.
This solution works fine with all possible extensions and core features since it works on a deep core level.

And you think, that price is qualified?!
Guess a rework my 1.5.x mod for this and publish it - again - for free.
From my point of view, requesting money for this is a shame.
