How add Governorate and State to the address?

Hello,

I am looking for an extension that adds the Governorate and the State to the address as follows:
- Governorate: (dropdown menu)
- State: (drop-down list of states that follow Governorate previously selected)

For example, in this link:
https://sooqaman.com/index.php?route=account/register

change the language to English and see Governorate and State and check When you change Governorate, states automatically change.

Simply use the same idea as the already built-in solution of the catalog/controller/localisation/country.php as a new controller file and your catalog/view/theme/<your_theme>/template/account/register.tpl file as well as a new template file in order to link each Governorate with the States. However, these relation entities will also have to be done from the database or via an API / Webservices.
