Hello,

we have some problems with customers with 250 or more products in cart. With OpenCart Checkout there is no problem.
only in QuickCheckout. OpenCart 2.3.0.2 with Journal (Last version)
I contacted support already, but maybe some here know this problem or can help what the problem could be.

There are two errors when submit order:

"Incomplete address, please edit your address in Account > Addresse"

"accept terms and conditions"

both is wrong. we checked it. and it's just not working with many products in cart.

I think it's something with Ajax or JS Timeout maybe?

Any Idea how to fix myself?

please edit your address in Account > Addresse
Adresse is sure not a correct OC Variable, it's more a german Translation ...
And to solve a Problem in, related with a Custom Extension like,
QuickCheckout, you'll need to contact the Extension Seller,
especially, if such an extension is used in a paid Custom Theme Extension like Journal.
You'll need paid support on such, if Journal-Themes cannot be of help.

Are you using Journal's own one-step checkout? Or another 3rd party for this? Either way, it sounds like an issue with memory limitation in e.g. your PHP configuration. Check the following PHP settings:

max_input_vars
memory_limit

Also, having 250 products in the shopping cart is quite a lot! Any reason as to why it needs to have so many items in the cart?

You may also want to get in touch with the Journal support. Journal is quite bloated and resource hungry, and is not compliant with OpenCart standards, hence it may clash with other 3rd party extensions.
