ups info entered but wont show rates

I obtained and entered my UPS key, username, and password, along with all other defaults, have it enabled, hit save.

then go to the site, and press check rates.

but it returns

Warning: No Shipping options are available. Please contact us for assistance!

i have UPS as enabled and as the only shipping option, #1.

i have debug on, i selected residential delivery, and now the pop up error says.


Please select the preferred shipping method to use on this order.
United Parcel Service (Weight: 1.00lb)
110950: Customer Classification Code is required with the requested Pickup Type

What had you entered as to the "110950: Customer Classification Code is required with the requested Pickup Type" part?

thank you ,will check. it says 04 and us

Maybe it just wants the other ISO entry, so 04 and USA instead.

If you have 04 set then under Pickup Method: select "Suggested retail rates (UPS Store)" and see if that fixes your issue.
