I want to see website in Italian language for Italian users, and in English for all other users.
This is possible?

OC 2.x will detect visitors language (checking his browser language) and load the correct language automatically.
You can try that be changing your browser language(s) and define English or Italian or Chinese as first.

For me, automatically language detecting in browser and switching to correct language not work. I have tested it on OC 2.3.0.2
