does anyone usethis [OCJ] Doctor Mod - modification log analysis and diagnostics
where can you download it from can't find it on opencart.com

You should contact the guys at opencartjazz.com - Seems to be their extension, but is missing from their store.

It seems to be gone, but since it has been released around 13.July 2015, it did not match OC v.2.3.x anymore, I assume. Still, up to OC v.2.2.x, it works, as it can be seen below. But who knows, it may be back again one day...

We discontinued it as non-profitable but disturbing.

We had planned to receive some sort of feedback from community and show the problem to the Opencart users, making analysis more simple and problem more visible. But no feedback was given, and more understanding among OC users was not reached too. We received requests for additional analysis at regular basis, but mostly no one even answered on our letters (ok, maybe 0.01% answered). So, in 2017 we stopped answer to "urgent help" requests at all and decided to stop spending time attempting to show that 99% of live shops have conflicts and large/huge logs (for example, I have seen 400MB error log last week - OMG, but owner have not seen any problem because "it works" and they have no visual problem).

well, as you may know, most around here come, take, and go, and there is not much
else to expect, since OC is all about Money, and very little about sharing knowledge.
But it was a great tool, just to mention this !
